Activity Statment 活動宗旨 : 

       Drinking coffee is part of modern people's life and contemporary leisure cultural characteristics. The essential effects of coffee on the body include refreshment, weight control, and digestion promotion. In social leisure, it's also a feature that allows people to connect feelings, relax, and communicate. When we drink coffee, we also drink the sad tears of local farmers, who went through hardship in their work whilst not getting their deserved payback.  Growing coffee is an important source of economy, especially for local farmers. Most notable, the greatest issues and problems the small farmers tend to go through is in the trading process with traders, receiving an unfair trade. Therefore, we hope to introduce the issues of fair trading for producers, the rights that workers deserve (Fair Trade), and the protection of the environment from the coffee production side. Whenever coffee is sold, it causes trash to increase due to people always taking out cups. With this concern, we motivate people to use their own mugs or cups instead of take-out cups. This activity would help raise awareness in the rights of coffee farmers and producers, and also in developing good environmental habits to reduce waste.

      喝咖啡是現代人的一種生活態度及當代休閒文化特色，咖啡對於身體實質效果包括有提神效果、控制體重、促進消化等，在社交休閒方面，也是讓人們聯絡感情、放鬆與時尚等地特色。而啜飲咖啡之時，聞到香氣之際，我們是否也喝到了當地小農的心酸血淚。種植咖啡是我們是重要的生活經濟來源，也目睹小農在貿易過程中，與貿易商產生的問題。因此我們希冀從咖啡生產端，介紹生產者獲得公平的報酬、勞動者獲得應有的權力、以及環境得到保護等的議題（公平貿易）；在咖啡販售時，產生外帶杯的垃圾量問題，也是我們所關注的，希冀透過推廣自備環保杯的方式，減少對環境的威脅。
